About FF Cruz Shipping Corporation

F.F. CRUZ SHIPPING CORPORATION (FFCSC) is a domestic shipping company (MARINA Accreditation No. ILO 2018-053) incorporated in 1996 (SEC Reg. No. A-199611473) and is based in Barangay Loboc, Lapuz, Lapaz,  Iloilo City. It is primarily engaged Roll-On Roll-Off (RORO) service operations between Iloilo and Guimaras. It also provides allied-port and shipyard and ship repair services such as tramping, cargo handling & forwarding services, tug assistance, ship repair & maintenance, among others. It is a sister company of FREYFIL Corporation, an engineering company with a wide experience in port construction and reclamation projects, being formerly an affiliate of F.F. Cruz and Company, Inc.

As a Corporate Policy, it focuses on total customer satisfaction through quality in the delivery of its services. Its RORO service operations has been issued a Quality Management System certification under ISO 9001:2015 for Certificate of Registration No. TUV100052439.

To expand its RORO service operations under PPA’s Road Roll-On Roll-Off Terminal System (RRTS) Policy as promulgated in PPA Administrative Order No. 03-2004, FFCSC, as early as 2013, began to develop the shortest link between the northern part of the Islands of Panay and Negros. This corporate direction was intended not only to relieve the growing congestion at the domestic ports in Iloilo City and Dumangas but also to address the growing cargo and passenger traffic coming from and going to the said northern areas of Panay and Negros.

Compared to the present travel time (2hours and 20minutes) between Iloilo City and Bacolod City, the usual sailing time for RORO vessels between the two cities will be reduced to only one ( 1 ) hour and twenty (20) minutes.

For this purpose, the Northern Panay, Brgy. Bay-Ang, Ajuy, Iloilo RoRo Port shall connect to Northern Negros Occidental particularly in Brgy. Manta-angan Port, EB Magalona, Negros Occidental.

The Bay-Ang Port is near to tourist places such as Isla Gigantes, Sicogon, and Boracay via Dacuton-Dumarao Road, up to Roxas, Capiz to Caticlan, Malay, Aklan. The latter being the getway to Luzon Islands. While, the Manta-angan Port, EB Magalona, Negros Occidental is near to Sugar Centrals (VMC, Sagay, others) so much so to Escalante Port to Cebu RoRo Port.  It is also 28km away from Bacolod City.
